Making space for a new cycle
Perhaps you've already noticed it. Or perhaps you haven't — and, after all, it doesn't really matter...
Life is impermanence. It is a constant movement that takes us from one season to another, from one stage to the next, from one cycle into a new one.
Sometimes, this transition is intense or unsettling. More often, it goes unnoticed, unfolding gently, without creating anything unpleasant or disturbing.
This morning, I realised that the various impulses I've been feeling within me for some time might be signs of a new cycle beginning.
An impulse to spend more time in nature, or at least outdoors. An impulse to meet people in person more often, and even to communicate a little more on social media.
What once felt difficult and burdensome now feels a little less so. And perhaps that's also why I find myself spontaneously writing this post... when I usually struggle to find the words, or question whether what I have to share is of any interest at all!
Whether we wished for it or not, we have all entered a new cycle.
So, if you feel some resistance to embracing it, allow this session to support you.
Because welcoming a new cycle means giving yourself the opportunity to recognise the gift it brings: the possibility to evolve and transmute.
