My universe
My paintings are conceived as metaphors for the human experience and the many dimensions of our being.
Their multiple layers evoke the different facets of who we are, the layers of our personal histories, and the depths of our inner worlds.
Colours and textures, plays of light and shifts in perspective offer different ways of seeing and interpreting each work. Some reveal different aspects depending on the lighting; others disclose details that emerge only from a certain distance or as the viewer's gaze moves across the surface.
These variations are more than mere visual effects. They invite us to look differently, to move beyond appearances and discover what may escape the first glance, both within ourselves and in the world around us.
Painting thus becomes a visual language that invites us to slow down, to feel, and to see differently. It opens up a space where the senses, emotions and imagination can awaken; where something may resonate, emerge or reveal itself, without the need to understand everything or put everything into words.
